Today I had a phone conversation with my insurer – RACV. The purpose of my call was to sincerely thank Power Partners for the professional quality work carried out on our home due to internal flooding from a burst water pipe.

 

We cannot speak more highly of all the tradesman involved with our claim, they were prompt, professional and were empathetic to the trauma we had been through. We extend great appreciation towards Bianca Moulton our Case Manager in Shepparton for her professional manner in assisting us throughout this process.

 

Bianca kept us well briefed with all sections of works, showed great empathy towards us both and in no small way put us at ease with her continued communication. I don’t keep good health and if it was not for her calm organisational skills my Doctor was going to admit me into hospital to monitor my heart and Parkinson’s problems.

 

Bianca is a credit to your company and to herself and has all the attributes of the perfect manager for this work and I’m sure a lot of companies could learn a lot from her, but you are the lucky company to have her. Additionally George the Assessor for his compassion and understanding thank you also.

 

Albeit a small town we live in we speak highly of Power Partners and RACV and highly recommend you all to our friends and family.
